From The Soles

Ashleigh Chevalier's debut album From the Soles features original roots rock and blues music written and composed by Ashleigh herself. The album was recorded at BIAS Studios in Springfield, VA in June 2012. Producer Jon Carroll (Grammy Winner, Songwriter, Keys/Vocals for Starland Vocal Band, Mary Chapin Carpenter), assembled an all-star cast of musicians: Paul Langosch on bass (Tony Bennett), John Thomakos on drums, and Dan Hovey on guitars. Jon himself played keys, the B3 Hammond Organ, and even a few rhythm guitar tracks. Special guests include National Slide Guitar Champion and up and coming kickin’ blues artist Hunter Wolfe and legendary, international tenor sax legend Ron Holloway (Root Boy Slim, Dizzie Gillespie, Susan Tedeschi, Warren Haynes – to name a few).
